What You ll Do

* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including central AC, split units, and ventilation
* Inspect and repair electrical components, lighting, outlets, breakers, and wiring according to UAE safety standards
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and MEP layouts
* Handle installation and repair of water supply systems, waste lines, fixtures, and plumbing appliances
* Detect and fix leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues
* Conduct routine inspections and emergency maintenance
* Ensure full compliance with municipal and safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members and report technical issues promptly

Ideal Profile

* 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance or construction
* Proficient in HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs
* Able to interpret diagrams and technical manuals
* Familiar with safety protocols and building codes
* Physically fit, with attention to detail and time management skills
* Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
