MEP BIM Modeler

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler based in Dubai to develop and manage coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with BIM workflows and a strong understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and other UAE MEP codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Create and maintain detailed MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) using Revit MEP.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare shop drawings, sections, and schedules as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for model accuracy and updates.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with Dubai and UAE authority standards for MEP systems.
• Experience with BIM 360 / ACC is a plus.
