MEP Coordinator

About Us:
Al Qahera Contracting L.L.C. is a leading construction company in the UAE, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all MEP works on site with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve technical issues and design conflicts between different disciplines.
• Monitor site installation to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design, and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
