MEP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination and Management: Oversee the installation and integration of MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and building codes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to MEP systems. 2
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update project documentation related to MEP systems, including blueprints and compliance reports. Review MEP contractor shop drawings and technical submittals for adherence to specifications. 2
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. Address any deficiencies or issues promptly. 2
• Project Planning: Assist in developing project budgets and schedules related to MEP systems. Provide technical input during the design phase to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. 2
• Communication: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. 2
