MEP Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator with proven expertise in high-rise buildings and towers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities to ensure smooth execution of works in line with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement MEP coordination plans for tall buildings and towers.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor, follow up, and track work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect delivered materials and executed works to confirm compliance with approved specifications and drawings.
• Certify subcontractor payments based on completed and verified works.
• Support project management with technical reviews and progress reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably in high-rise building and tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and project management tools is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
