Position: MEP Cost Control Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MEP Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project expenses in a contracting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
• Analyze project cost variances and prepare cost control reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial data.
• Support management in forecasting and cost planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in MEP cost control within the UAE.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
