HKZ Interior Designing Company is seeking a skilled MEP Designer with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed MEP drawings, coordinate with design and project teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for interior and fit-out projects
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
• Review and incorporate client requirements and local regulations into MEP designs
• Conduct clash detection and provide technical solutions
• Support the project team with site visits, installation supervision, and troubleshooting
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation

Requirements:

• 2–5 years UAE experience in MEP design for interior fit-out projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent design software
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards in the UAE
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
