*Position Overview:*

We are looking for an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of MEP systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure that all MEP systems are efficiently and effectively integrated into our projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design and develop MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, local codes, and international standards.

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and documentation using relevant software tools.

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.

- Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing to optimize performance and efficiency.

- Review and approve MEP submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during the construction phase.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP design and implementation.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP engineering/design.

- Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP).

- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
