MEP – Electrical Engineer

Location: Ghaziabad / Greater Noida
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Industry: Real Estate (Group Housing & High-Rise Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works at site
• Review drawings, BOQs & technical specifications
• Coordinate with consultants & contractors for smooth execution
• Manage installation, testing & commissioning of all MEP systems
• Ensure quality, safety & compliance at all stages
• Verify bills & assist in material procurement
• Maintain daily site reports

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Group Housing / High-Rise Building projects
• Sound knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing & Fire systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office
• Strong team coordination & problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
