MEP Engineer

Job Title: Junior MEP Engineer

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Industry: Construction / High-Rise Residential Buildings

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior MEP Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure timely project delivery with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Supervise site activities for electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
• Monitor installation work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Support in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements for MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Report progress, issues, and deviations to the senior MEP engineer/project manager.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
• Assist in resolving technical queries raised during construction.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of MEP systems
• Holding diploma / degree in Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
