Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to design and execute MEP systems for new and existing buildings.
- Perform detailed technical calculations to determine loads, equipment sizing, and system capacities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Select appropriate equipment and materials based on project specifications, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Develop and review detailed MEP drawings and technical specifications using CAD/Revit software.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil works to ensure integration and avoid design conflicts.
- Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that MEP installations are in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support system commissioning, testing, and handover activities to validate performance and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site construction teams.
- Stay updated on advancements in MEP technology and energy-efficient design practices.
- Contribute to the development of company processes and MEP engineering standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- 8 -10 years of proven experience in MEP design, supervision, and execution.
- Specialized experience in residential villas, commercial projects, and high-rise developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Preferred age range: 30–35 years.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
