Project Engineer – MEP (Electrical Background)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (MEP) with a strong Electrical Engineering background to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling MEP works on medium to large-scale projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate electrical design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise and monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve site issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MEP experience is essential).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
