MEP Engineer

I. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related majors.
• More than 5 years of experience in MEP installation and construction management, familiar with building MEP systems (electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Familiar with UAE-related codes, fire protection and MEP approval processes (such as Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and common office software.
• Capable of MEP installation, commissioning, site coordination, and technical support.
• Good command of English, able to communicate independently with consultants and supervisors.
• Preference will be given to candidates with UAE registered engineer certificates or relevant professional qualifications.

II. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, etc.).
• Review MEP construction drawings and construction schemes, and provide reasonable optimization suggestions.
• Coordinate construction interfaces among various disciplines (structure, finishes, civil works, etc.) to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Responsible for preparation of MEP project schedules, material & equipment delivery plans, and quality control.
• Participate in coordination and acceptance work with consultants, supervisors, and government approval authorities.
• Follow up the work of MEP subcontractors and supervise the implementation of construction quality and safety measures.

III. Compensation: AED 8,000–12,000/month (depending on work capability and possession of relevant registration qualifications).
