Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with expertise in MEP, HVAC, Drainage, Water Supply, and Low Current Systems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.

· Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects within the UAE.

· Must be a resident of Dubai, UAE.

· Strong team leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.

· Ability to review, interpret, and validate drawings related to swimming pool, water feature, and landscaping works.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.

· High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

· Skilled in report preparation and submission in line with industry standards.

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

· Designing and overseeing the execution of projects from inception to completion.

· Preparing, managing, and obtaining approval for shop drawings, technical data, and material submittals related to MEP works, along with conducting inspections as per project requirements.

· Preparing and reviewing Load Schedules in compliance with DEWA standards.

· Carrying out heat load calculations (HAP Outputs), ESP calculations, and relevant equipment selections.

· Preparing and reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations for system efficiency.

· Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

· Coordinating closely with the in-house Technical Site Team for all ongoing projects.

· Providing technical guidance, solutions, and support to project teams to address design or execution challenges.

· Troubleshooting site-related and design issues, reviewing subcontractor submissions, and validating material approvals.

· Resolving construction-related issues or disputes, both on-site and in project documentation.

· Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgetary compliance, and reporting to the Operations Manager as required.

· Performing quality control checks and inspections to ensure adherence to approved specifications and standards.

· Staying updated on the latest industry practices, codes, and regulations, and applying them to improve project outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
