MEP Engineer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong HVAC background to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at site level. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, timely project delivery in line with design specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design review, selection, and coordination of HVAC systems(DX, VRF, chilled water systems, ventilation, exhaust, etc.) in line with project requirements and standards.
• Ensure works comply in accordance with approved project layouts and site constraints.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Manage testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate between civil, interior, and MEP teams to enhance smooth workflow.
• Liaise with HVAC suppliers and subcontractors for timely material procurement and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP or fit-out works, with a strong focus on HVAC system design and execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Microsoft Office.
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:AED6,000.00- AED8,000.00 per month

• Dubai: 3 years (Required)

• Driving License (Required)
