MEP Engineer

Work Experience

⮚ Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising and managing the overall project execution, as per the agreed-upon design and cost parameters.

Educational Qualification

⮚ Should have B.Tech degree (M.Tech preferred) from a secretarial college.

Roles

⮚ Designing MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems based on project requirements and specifications.

⮚ Coordinating MEP plans with architectural and structural designs to ensure integration and compliance with building codes and standards.

⮚ Performing calculations for heating and cooling loads, power distribution, and lighting requirements.

⮚ Selecting appropriate equipment and materials that meet project specifications and budget constraints.

⮚ Reviewing and approving shop drawings, equipment specifications, and technical submittals.

⮚ Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor MEP systems installation and ensure adherence to design specifications.

⮚ Resolving technical issues that arise during construction and providing technical support to project teams.

⮚Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize MEP system designs and resolve conflicts.
