MEP Engineer

Leading Real-estate requires MEP Engineer

Education: Dip or BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical

Implement and monitor all site safety procedures, PPE usage, and Periodic toolbox meetings.

Identify and correct unsafe acts/conditions; maintain all safety inspections and incident documentation.

Inspect Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical (MEP) works as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with IS codes, standards, and approved vendor lists.

Conduct periodic quality checks on civil and MEP works.

Verify work execution as per method statements, drawings, and technical requirements.

Maintain documentation for safety, quality, and MEP inspections, NCRs, and test results.

Support/Inspect on testing and commissioning of MEP installations and systems.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and third-party agencies to coordinate inspections and audits.

Prepare daily progress, quality, and safety reports using MS Excel and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,431.82 - ₹40,387.20 per month
