The MEP Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at construction sites. The role ensures that all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the site.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor material requirements, approvals, and installation activities.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Identify and resolve site-level technical issues related to MEP services.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and assist in billing and documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of MEP works within approved budgets and schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in MEP works for construction projects.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting, and plumbing.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.

· Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures.

· Willingness to travel and work at project sites across locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
