MEP Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced E&M Electrical Engineer with 15–20 years of proven expertise in handling large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, and high-rise projects, Airport, Hospital and Public transportation (Railway and Metro). The candidate will be responsible for complete E&M systems execution, coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical systems design, execution, testing & commissioning for MEP projects
• Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, panels, earthing, lightning protection
• Oversee ELV & Fire Fighting systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, BMS, Data & Voice)
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, civil teams, and clients
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure compliance
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, NBC, local authority norms, and safety regulations
• Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and productivity of contractors
• Lead testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover documentation
• Support value engineering, budgeting, and tender evaluation
• Mentor junior engineers and site teams

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MEP electrical systems and site execution
• Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in fast-track and multi-location projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
