MEP Engineer

Job Title: MEP Engineer – Interior Fit-Out
Experience Required: 4–5 Years (UAE experience preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with site and design teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage MEP works for interior fit-out projects
• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare BOQs, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in MEP works within the interior fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred
