MEP Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong HVAC knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have minimum 4 years of UAE experience and the ability to independently manage HVAC and MEP site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, FAHU, ventilation & exhaust systems).
• Review and coordinate MEP & HVAC drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC works with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
• Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Manage HVAC maintenance activities including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, reports, and as-built documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and site safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / MEP Engineering
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in HVAC & MEP works
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Ability to handle multiple sites independently
• Good communication and documentation skills
