We are looking for an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to join our team.
The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings. Also, handling and supervising MEP subcontractors
Responsibilities
- Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings
- Work closely with architects and other engineers to ensure designs are integrated seamlessly
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction specifications
- Develop MEP drawings and specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations
- Conduct cost estimation and prepare budget reports
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure job success
- Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an MEP engineer - Minimum 4 years as MEP Engineer
- Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and other drafting software
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Proficient in the use of design and calculation software
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering field
