MEP Engineer

Citadel HMC is a leading healthcare management company committed to delivering high-quality medical services through state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with a strong mechanical background to support the design, operation, and maintenance of our healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and fire protection systems across healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local UAE regulations, healthcare standards, and international codes.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for integrated MEP solutions.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Monitor system performance and implement energy-efficient solutions.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in MEP engineering (healthcare projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, and plumbing design.
• Familiarity with UAE codes, ASHRAE standards, and healthcare facility requirements.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic Speaking, Fluent English
• DM Registration would be a plus
• Knowledge of infection control standards in HVAC design.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
