MEP Engineer (BIM)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using Revit.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
• Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
• Prepare shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.
• Support BIM workflows and model updates throughout project stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum [4] years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
