Job Purpose
To effectively manage the strategic direction of the facilities and engineering services along with a number of outsourced service providers. The prime objective is to ensure that adequate management systems are in place to continually ensure a safe and robust environment for achieving superior performance throughout the property.
Roles , Responsibilities, Duties

Preparation of functional location for building and upload it on SAP

Support Khidmah/Client service providers to deliver services that meet or exceed Clients' changing business expectations.

Firmly establish and empower site staff to ensure optimization and productivity of service.
-
Establish an escalation matrix along with corresponding responsibilities for the site, convey to Call Centre.

Manage and supervise the daily
-
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates.

To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.
-
Arrange team resources to cover both PPM and Reactive duties as required by site operations
-
Report to manager on job progress and issues on a daily basis, ensuring adequate stock is maintained to resource the MEP team in advance.

Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
-
Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs.

Strong customer service focus.

Display a sound knowledge of MEP installation, maintenance, and Civil related works.

Immediately notify the manager of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work.

Handling SAP.

Maintain the HSE standard on site and preparing all the HSE Related documents in coordination with HSE Departments and clients
-
Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule to ensure quality of workmanship is maintained on site.

Provide the Facility Manager with reports on development s in the engineering market (Both for service delivery and on new products

Develop and deliver the client Monthly Reports

Communicate operating philosophies ,technical information , objectives and expectation to the facility team.
Education & Qualification:
-
Civil Engineering Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Mechanical discipline/specialization (preferred)

FM related professional certifications is preferable.
Excellent knowledge & understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and responsibilities.

Experience:

6-9 years of experience in relevant FM Industry.
-
Background in installation, maintenance, and repair in large commercial premises.

Excellent experience on maintenance and FM service.

In-depth relevant experience in installation, maintenance and repair in large commercial premises.
-
Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) experience.
-
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
-
Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and water treatment management.
-
Ideally experienced in working with residential & commercial /retail properties.
