MEP Estimation Engineer

Key Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in MEP estimation within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Electrical systems
• Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing and Drainage works
• Strong experience in quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Good understanding of local market pricing and supplier coordination.
• Proficient in Excel, Auto CAD, and estimation software/tools.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations based on drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines, in coordination with the tendering and engineering team, and report directly to the Tender Manager.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather and evaluate quotations.
• Ensure cost-effective solutions and value engineering where applicable.

Pay: AED100,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per year
