MEP Estimation Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP estimation within the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify MEP scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical).
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and technical evaluations.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs and tenders.
• Maintain updated estimation tools, templates, and cost databases.
