Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimator / MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE fit-out or construction projects and be capable of handling estimation and cost control activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare and submit tenders, budgets, and cost plans
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and procurement
• Support invoicing, valuations, and final accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction companies
• Experience as an MEP Estimator or MEP QS
• Knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and materials
• Good communication and negotiation skills
