MEP Estimation Engineer

Job Title: MEP Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Evaluate project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Assist in tender preparation, submissions, and project budgeting

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Estimator in the UAE or GCC region, 5 Years Above
• Mandatory background in electromechanical or fit-out companies
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and costing methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
