MEP Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Mechanical Engineer for field execution and estimation works related to MEP and Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects in the UAE.

The candidate should have strong site handling capability along with estimation and coordination knowledge for complete MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day site activities for mechanical and MEP works.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimations for complete MEP works including:
• HVAC Systems
• Fire Fighting Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Electrical Works
• Instrumentation & Control Works
• Storm Water Systems
• Irrigation Systems
• Plumbing & Drainage Works
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare technical submittals, material comparisons, and project documentation.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and project progress.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, blowers, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Support water and wastewater treatment plant projects including STP, RO, UF, and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Attested Degree Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in MEP and/or Water & Wastewater Projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pumps, Motors, Valves, and Piping Systems
• Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
• MEP Estimation & Site Execution
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Valid Driving License is Mandatory.
• Candidate must be available in UAE for interview and immediate joining preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in STP, RO, UF, and industrial water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA coordination will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects and site teams.
