MEP Estimation Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Estimation Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cost estimation in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on MEP estimation concepts and practices.
• Teach quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for MEP works.
• Cover HVAC, electrical, and plumbing estimation techniques.
• Introduce estimation tools such as Excel, CostX, and other QS software.
• Conduct practical sessions and real-world project case studies.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants in preparing estimates and tender documents.
• Stay updated with market rates, standards, and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and estimation processes.
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation and costing tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for training.
