MEP Quantity Surveyor (HVAC & Firefighting)

Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle estimations, quantifications, and BOQ preparation for HVAC & Firefighting works.
• Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget preparation.
• Manage material and cost reconciliation for HVAC & Firefighting systems.
• Verify and certify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and variation claims.
• Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams for accurate quantity tracking.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and MIS updates for management review.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC & Firefighting systems and MEP execution practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel PAN India.
