MEP Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for MEP projects (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternatives, and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
• Prepare quotation breakdowns, comparison sheets, and final submission formats.
• Attend client and consultant meetings for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Maintain updated records of pricing, material rates, and supplier/subcontractor contacts.
• Assist the project team in budget preparation and cost control during project execution.
• Ensure all estimations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Estimator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
