MEP Estimators (USA-Based Projects)

Spell Engineering is looking for talented MEP Estimators with proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation for USA-based residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely quantity takeoffs for MEP trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection)
• Interpret mechanical, electrical & plumbing plans, specifications, and scope documents
• Prepare organized BOQs in Excel or client templates
• Use Bluebeam, Planswift, and MS Excel proficiently
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for revisions and scope clarifications
• Ensure high-quality, deadline-driven estimate submissions

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in MEP Estimation for USA projects
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and USA construction practices
• Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
