MEP Facility Engineer

Ø Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per annual maintenance contract.

Ø Ensure all one-time works are carried out in highest standards.

Ø Communicating customer about status of service at required interval.

Ø Coordinating with other departments to get spare parts in time.

Ø Preparation of reports required by the management system in timely manner.

Ø Conduct data analysis and identifying the improvement opportunities in order to take suitable actions.

Ø Helping Maintenance supervisor/ technician for solving complicated problems.

Ø Allocate jobs to his team and ensure the team is attending to the cases basis priority of calls and the system got updated.

Ø Verifying quotations to be sent, observation reports and other documents.

Ø Assist in conducting customer satisfaction survey at required interval.

Ø Cross Verifying Checking the service reports.

Ø Planning and Executing other one time works.

Ø Man power allocation and planning for each job.

Ø Coordinate with other departments to execute tasks.
