MEP Foreman

Job Description

Al Dalil General Contracting is seeking a skilled MEP Foreman to supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at construction sites in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on site
• Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with civil teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage MEP technicians, helpers, and subcontractors
• Inspect installations and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Monitor material usage and raise material requests as required
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule
• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as an MEP Foreman
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordination drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiar with UAE authority requirements and site standard
