MEP GENERAL MANAGER

Role Overview:
The MEP General Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all MEP works across multiple construction projects. The role requires oversight of design, engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all MEP departments including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Develop and execute MEP project strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and ensure timely completion.
• Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for design validation and execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
• Drive cost optimization through value engineering and procurement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 15–20 years of experience in MEP project execution, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building services, design integration, and construction processes.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project, and BIM tools.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
