Job Description

A well-established Contracting Company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Head to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of MEP works in line with project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all MEP activities for multiple construction projects
• Develop MEP strategies, project execution plans, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards
• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Manage budgets, cost control, and value engineering initiatives
• Supervise and mentor MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 30 years of experience in Construction / Contracting Companies
• Proven experience in handling large-scale building and high rise projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, local authority approvals, and UAE regulations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
