MEP Manager

Job Title: MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Experience Required: 10+ years in MEP works within large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP design, coordination, and execution across projects.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth MEP integration.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Lead MEP team and coordinate with civil and structural teams for seamless delivery.
• Report to Project Manager/Director and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven track record as MEP Manager on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and ELV.
• Familiar with local codes (KFD, MEW, MPW, etc.) and international standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Kuwait Driving License preferred.
• Transferable residency (Article 18) is preferable.
