MEP Multi Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with DEWA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues, including power failures, faulty outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Install and connect appliances, DBs (Distribution Boards), and control panels.

2. Plumbing Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters).
• Identify and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on water supply and sanitation systems.

3. Air Conditioning (HVAC) Duties:

• Install, service, and repair various types of air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, FCUs).
• Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, and drains, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Diagnose and resolve AC system malfunctions, from minor faults to major component failures (e.g., compressor, thermostat).
• Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all HVAC systems.

4. General Maintenance & Additional Skills:

• Perform minor carpentry repairs (e.g., doors, cabinets, windows).
• Handle basic painting, plastering, and tiling tasks as needed.
• Conduct general building maintenance and handyman duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• The ability to read and understand drawing
• Fluent in English
• Experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, or tiling.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and safety systems.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu.
• Experience in restaurants, Kitchen hoods & exhaust

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing: 4 years (Required)
• Facility management: 4 years (Required)

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
