MEP Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update MEP project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Can work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor project progress and resource usage to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and update MEP planning documents, look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on MEP progress for internal and client reporting.
• Support in the preparation of extension of time claims related to MEP scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 4 to 5 years of experience in MEP planning or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
