MEP Project Coordinator

GRANS ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive the successful execution of large-scale construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• All material submittals shall be reviewed, submitted, and approved in a timely manner to avoid any delay in project progress.
• Support design efforts using AutoCAD for technical drawings and documentation.
• Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with local regulations and approvals through Dubai’s authority portals (DEWA etc).
• Monitor site progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and quality control.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Dubai’s construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with Dubai’s authority portals such as DEWA.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
