- Coordinate and oversee MEP design and installation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and review detailed MEP shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and troubleshoot any MEP-related issues.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Manage procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules specific to MEP tasks, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present technical reports on MEP systems performance and project status to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for MEP components of projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols related to MEP installations on-site.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams for MEP-related challenges, ensuring effective problem resolution.
