MEP Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and planning:
• Develop detailed designs for mechanical (HVAC, plumbing), electrical (power distribution, lighting), and other building systems.
• Create blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Conduct energy efficiency calculations and ensure designs meet all relevant codes and standards.
• Project coordination:
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines for MEP components.
• Installation and maintenance:
• Oversee the installation of MEP systems on construction sites to ensure they are installed according to design specifications.
• Monitor system performance and conduct testing and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot problems and suggest enhancements or repairs.
• Documentation and management:
• Prepare and review technical documents, including manuals and reports.
• Manage contracts, document project data, and handle paperwork accurately.
• Assess existing buildings for suitability and potential electrical improvements.

Candidate should have around 6 to 8 years experience in the MEP Real estate or Hospitality Projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
