MEP Project Manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

· Proven 7-10 years’ experience as an MEP Project Manager within a contracting company.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system

· Proven experience in project management, particularly in the context of our large works, new build projects or milestone projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline degree.

· Oversees procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project budgets and specifications.

· Being proactive on supporting the Consultants and Sub-Contractors on the MEP works ensuring compliance with codes, standards and statutory authority requirements.

· Reviews shop drawings, program and progress.

· Review Method / Risk / Health and Safety statements.

· Serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and guidance during project meetings and presentations
