MEP Quantity Surveyor

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations for MEP works.

Conduct quantity take-offs, material measurements, and cost estimations based on drawings and specifications.

Evaluate and verify subcontractor payment applications and progress claims.

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and assist in procurement processes.

Liaise with engineers and project managers to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Maintain project records, drawings, and contractual documentation.

Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity surveying software.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
