MEP Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP QS roles (preferably in infrastructure or building projects).
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD takeoff or PDF drawing takeoff , CESMM3 measurement standard or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
• Perform MEP quantity takeoffs from AutoCAD drawings or PDF plans.
• Prepare BOQs, material quantity sheets, and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Support procurement with material cost evaluation and supplier comparison.

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
