Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
- Monitor project costs, variations, and progress payments
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Assist in contract administration and variation claims
- Ensure cost control and compliance with contract requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in a contracting company in UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market rates
- Experience with pre-contract and post-contract activities
- Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in GCC projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
