MEP Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress payments
• Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Assist in contract administration and variation claims
• Ensure cost control and compliance with contract requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in a contracting company in UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market rates
• Experience with pre-contract and post-contract activities
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in GCC projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
