MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on MEP Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across fit-out projects, ensuring they are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site MEP activities across multiple fit-out projects.
• Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications and ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and other trades to avoid conflicts.
• Monitor MEP installations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for MEP works.
• Attend project and site coordination meetings; report progress and issues.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants and project managers.
• Maintain site records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an MEP Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority approvals.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
