MEP Supervisor

We’re Hiring: MEP Supervisor – Immediate Hiring

Location: United Arab Emirates

Golden Hights, a leading interior fit-out and renovation company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Manage and guide MEP teams and subcontractors to complete works on time and within quality standards
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in fit-out, construction, or renovation projects
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
